Paid sessions and ongoing engagements are billed as described at the time of booking or in your engagement letter, including any amount credited toward a later engagement. Specific cancellation and refund terms for a given engagement are as stated at booking or in that engagement letter.

We treat information you share with us in the course of an engagement as confidential, and we use it only to provide the services you have requested, unless disclosure is required by law or you direct us otherwise (for example, agreeing to have your feedback featured as a testimonial).
05Intellectual Property
The content of this website belongs to Horizons Edge Ventures Inc. and Horizons Edge Advisory. Ownership and use of deliverables produced under a paid engagement (such as policies, frameworks, or reports) are set out in the applicable engagement letter or proposal.

To the extent permitted by law, Horizons Edge Ventures Inc. and Horizons Edge Advisory are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
