What we collect, and what we do with it.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally your organisation, the subject you select, and your message.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, social media embeds or session recording on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into a working relationship. If you asked to join a waitlist, to tell you when that venture opens.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the company for their own purposes.

The form is handled by Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure and emailed to us, which means your message passes through and is held by a service provider outside Canada.

Inside the company it reaches one shared inbox, and is seen only by the people who need to answer it.

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twenty-four months. Records connected to an active client, partner or supplier relationship are kept for as long as that relationship runs, and afterwards for as long as tax and corporate record-keeping obligations require.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it and confirm when it is done.

If you joined a waitlist or list and want off it, saying so in one line is enough. No form to fill in.

This website is aimed at partners, investors and organisations, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Information about children enrolled in a child care service is handled by that service under its own agreements and regulatory obligations, not through this site.
