This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Horizons Edge Ventures Inc. (HEVI) and its Horizons Edge Advisory practice collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you use a form on this site (the contact form, the consultation request, or a testimonial submission), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, organization, location, which service or business you're asking about, your message, and, for testimonials, a rating and consent to feature your feedback. We do not collect payment or financial account details through this website.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, deliver the services you request, and, only with your explicit consent, display your testimonial on our site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Form submissions on our sites are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to our email inbox. This means your information may be processed on infrastructure located in Canada or the United States, subject to the laws of those countries.
This site does not currently use cookies for advertising or third-party analytics tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why.
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, and we delete it sooner on request where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for a testimonial to remain published, by emailing info.horizonsedge@gmail.com.
This website is directed at business owners, organizations, and prospective clients, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
